Every night, a warm meal for our guests

- When
- The Warming Center is open seven days a week from October 10 (World Homeless Day) to the end of April.
- What
- Volunteers provide warm meals for up to 50 guests every night of the season. That adds up to roughly 10,000 dinners.
- Why
- Dinner is often the reason a guest walks through our door. Read about our mission.
Four ways to help
Prepare a home-cooked meal
Cook dinner at home and bring it in. The Warming Center provides all the serving utensils, including roasters and warming trays.
Sponsor a meal
Buy dinner from a local restaurant, supermarket, or caterer. Or give the funds to cover the cost of one night's meal.
Donate groceries
Dry and canned goods make a real difference. We keep a communal pantry to lower the cost of meal contributions, so a good grocery deal or a cleaned-out cupboard can help.
The full pantry inventory is coming soon.
Spread the word
All it takes is a group of motivated friends. Host a cooking party or a pint night fundraiser at a local pub. Have another idea? Let us know.
